The Executive Chair of Lagos-Mainland Local Government, Hon. Omolola Essien has prayed and extended her warmest greetings and good wishes to all Muslims, as the Ramadan fast begins.
She said in part: “I wish the entire Muslim Ummah a successful Ramadan, every year the month of Ramadan brings a golden chance to repent and ask forgiveness from Allah for our sins.
“May this Ramadan inspire you and give you the courage to go through the challenges of life and triumph. May Allah bestow your life with happiness, good health, and prosperity, Ameen.
“May your hearts be filled with endurance, make your path closer to the deen, and raise your taqwa. Amin. Ramadan Kareem.”, she prayed.
