What is your name and where do you live?
My name is Simi. I live in Bariga.
What changes would you like to see in your area?
There are so many bad roads. I would like to see our roads repaired and in good motorable condition. I want to see peace reign in Bariga. From time to time you’d always hear about clashes between rival thug groups there. Law enforcement agents should please, come to our aid.
What do you love most about Yaba?
I love Yaba because it is a central location to almost anywhere in Lagos. I love its proximity to the Island as well as being a gateway to some parts of the Mainland.
What’s your favourite place to have fun in Yaba?
I love to visit the Spar Supermarket in Yaba.
What three things in life are you most grateful to have?
I’m grateful for my family, for good health. Most importantly, I am grateful to have God’s presence in my life. Nothing in life compares to that.
If you could learn any new skill, what would it be?
I’d love to learn sewing. I want to learn how to swim too.
