Manchester City midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne has been nominated for the Champions League Player of the Week award.
De Bruyne provided the assist for Erling Haaland’s goal the 57th minute of the game before Joshua Kimmich’s penalty levelled the scores in the 83rd minute.
City advanced to the semi-final with a 4-1 aggregate scoreline after beating Bayern 3-0 in the first leg last week Tuesday.
According to Mancity.com, De Bruyne was nominated for the award alongside Rafael Leao (AC Milan), Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan) and Federico Valverde (Real Madrid).
His teammate John Stones won the award last week.
De Bruyne has tallied up one goal and one assist in seven Champions League matches this season.
Manchester City will play Real Madrid in the 2022/23 Champions League semi-final first leg on May 9 at the Santiago Bernabeu.
