Nigeria’s president, Muhammed Buhari is expected to make an official visit to Lagos State to unveil the plaque inaugurating Dangote Fertilizer Plant and inspect Lekki Sea Port on Tuesday March 22, 2022.
According to a BusinessDay, while in the state, the president will do a factory tour of the Dangote TPA Fertilizer plant, inspection tour of the 650,000 BPO oil refinery and 900,000 TPA Polypropylene Plant and also the Lekki Deep Sea Port.
This makes the first official visit the president makes to Lagos for the year.
Motorists and other road users are advised to plan their activities accordingly as there will be restricted movement on Lekki axis from 6am to 1:30 pm on the above-mentioned date of visit. It is advised that, from Monday evening, late-night movements should be avoided on Lekki axis to avoid any unnecessary harassment or intimidation by security agents.
Always ensure to keep your identification documents handy for any verification as this area will come under the cover of Presidential Security Task Force by Monday evening.
