Embattled Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has been arraigned at the Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos State.
The veteran Yoruba actor who has been facing public backlash since he was alleged to have sexually assaulted a 14-year-old-girl in the home of comedienne, Adekola Adekanya, popularly called Princess, appeared in court today (Wednesday).
In photos made available to yabacity.com, Baba Ijesha was seen wearing a blue shirt and a black trouser as he was seen holding a motivational book.
Recall that earlier in May, the lawyer of the embattled actor, Adesina Ogunlana announced that Baba Ijesha had been granted bail after several days in police custody.
He was granted bail on health grounds as well as providing two reliable sureties, one of which must be a level-10 civil servant, a direct blood relation to the accused, and N500,000 bail bond.
