The Council of the University of Lagos,(UNILAG) has appointed the 13th Vice Chancellor.
The tenure of the current Vice Chancellor, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe will expire on Nov 11,2022.
The new Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sade Ogunsola will assume position formally in November.
Before her emergence, she was Provost of the College of Medicine, and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Development and Services) for two tenures.
The 64 year-old Professor is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos.
She also acted as the Vice Chancellor during the crises period between the Dr. Wale Babalakin Council and the outgoing Vice Chancellor, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe.
